Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Bharat Worker is seeking dynamic and motivated Field Growth Executives in Bhopal to spearhead a canopy-based outreach initiative promoting the Bharat Worker Partner App. The role focuses on engaging local skilled workers, service providers, and daily wage earners in crowded areas to help them understand, download, and register on the app.

Primary Responsibilities

• Set up promotional canopies at designated spots in Bhopal to interact with high footfall localities.
• Communicate app features and subscription details effectively in the local language for diverse audiences.
• Assist workers with limited technical skills by guiding them through profile creation, data entry, and document uploads on smartphones.
• Distribute marketing flyers and brochures while addressing any inquiries patiently.
• Record daily statistics including footfall, app downloads, user registrations, and submit these reports promptly to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: completion of 12th grade or any graduation.
• Fluent in Hindi with strong local communication to easily engage workers.
• Comfortable using Android devices and mobile apps for data entry tasks.
• Energetic, approachable personality with patience to support non-tech-savvy users.
• Must be willing to travel across multiple field locations within Bhopal.
• Possession of a valid driving license and own two-wheeler (bike or scooter) is preferred to facilitate mobility; conveyance allowance is provided.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly fixed salary ranging from ₹12,000 up to ₹25,000, determined based on experience and interview performance.
• Separate conveyance allowance to cover travel or fuel expenses for field operations.
• Additional performance-based incentives for surpassing onboarding targets.
• Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ground marketing, app promotion, and community interaction.

Key Field Locations

Assignments will cover prominent labour markets and commercial zones in Bhopal such as MP Nagar, Chetak Bridge Chowk, BHEL Gate, Habibganj, Kolar Road, Old Bhopal, New Market, and Indrapuri.
