Field Sales Executive - Home Try-On

Role Summary

We are currently seeking energetic Field Sales Executives for our Home Try-On team. This role involves visiting customers at their residences to conduct eye power assessments and help them choose appropriate frames and lenses, ultimately facilitating sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer appointments scheduled between 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, depending on daily routes.
• Complete up to five customer visits daily, adjusting for variations as needed.
• Travel to client homes with company-assigned appointments.
• Carry a company-supplied kit bag containing refraction instruments, machines, an iPad, and product samples on a two-wheeler.
• Handle equipment weighing between 15 to 20 kg, optimized toward 15 kg.
• Perform basic eye power tests, suggest suitable eyewear, and encourage purchase decisions.
• Generate business through a combination of 60% provided leads and 40% self-sourced leads.

Training Provided

A paid one-month training program includes:

• Classroom sessions (25 days) covering eye anatomy, equipment handling, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Field training over 8-10 days with practical exposure and buddy support for mentorship and observation.

• Fixed monthly salary of INR 20,400.

Eligibility Criteria

• Possession of a valid two-wheeler license and ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle.
• Age limit up to 35 years.
• Comfort with sales roles involving direct customer engagement.
• Willingness to travel for customer appointments.
• Ability to carry the kit bag consistently during fieldwork.
• Strong communication skills and sales orientation.
