Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

This role involves onboarding shops and merchants onto PhonePe's platforms by promoting services such as PhonePe QR Code, Soundbox, and other merchant offerings. The goal is to expand the business by adding new merchants and achieving daily sales targets through persistent field visits and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage local businesses and merchants to bring them onto PhonePe's ecosystem.
• Demonstrate and sell smart speakers and scanners to merchants in the assigned geographic area.
• Effectively communicate the products' features, benefits, and their value addition to the merchant's operations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer visits and sales activities.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with merchants to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.
