About the Role
Buildrich Construction Equipment Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to join their sales team. This full-time position is based in Pune, Maharashtra, with the work location at Sr. No. 31/5/1, Besides Akemi Business School, Marunji Rd, Wakad, Marunji, Maharashtra 411057. The role requires traveling to various locations to engage directly with customers, generate new leads, and close sales to meet targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Regularly visit existing and potential customers within the designated area to promote products and services.
- Identify and pursue fresh sales opportunities in the market.
- Effectively demonstrate and communicate product benefits to customers to encourage purchases.
- Meet and exceed monthly as well as annual sales goals.
- Establish and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with customers.
- Handle price negotiations and successfully close sales transactions.
- Gather customer feedback and relay market intelligence back to the company.
- Submit detailed daily sales reports and status updates to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with the internal office team to ensure smooth order processing, payment follow-ups, and customer service.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is INR 15,000 to INR 25,000 per month.
