Field Sales Executive

Position Overview

Airtel is urgently seeking Field Sales Executives for immediate hiring across multiple locations including Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Calicut, Thrissur, and Kannur in Kerala. This role, also referred to as Online Champ & XFE, offers quick selection and joining with provided training.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute pamphlets to promote products and services.
• Engage in umbrella activity promotions to increase brand visibility.
• Carry out field marketing initiatives and generate potential leads.

Candidate Eligibility

• Male candidates aged below 30 years.
• Holds any bachelor's degree.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with a minimum of six months experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• Take-home salary of ₹20,000 per month.
• Total Cost to Company (CTC) of ₹24,000 plus monthly incentives.
• Includes benefits like Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), paid training, and additional perks.

Additional Information

• Mandatory to possess a bike and a valid driving license.
• Active fieldwork primarily across Tamil Nadu.
