Primary Responsibilities

• Balance time equally between telephonic communication and onsite field sales activities.
• Identify and generate potential leads, reaching out to prospective customers through calls and field visits.
• Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate products accordingly.
• Develop and sustain strong customer relationships to drive trust and loyalty.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into confirmed customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to company growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is mandatory due to fieldwork demands.
• Open to freshers and those with prior experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage customers effectively.
• Strong sales orientation with a drive to achieve targets.
• Comfortable with intensive field sales and customer interactions.
