Job Summary

We are actively seeking a Field Executive skilled in securing Commercial and Residential Construction projects. The primary duty involves engaging with Builders, Property Owners, Architects, Contractors, Developers, Industries, and Business Owners to obtain construction contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in Residential and Commercial Construction projects.
• Conduct site visits to understand project requirements thoroughly.
• Maintain regular meetings with Builders, Architects, Engineers, and Property Owners.
• Generate leads and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system accordingly.
• Assist in preparing construction quotations and proposals.
• Engage in price discussions and follow-up activities with clients.
• Coordinate continuously until project finalization.
• Develop a network with Real Estate Brokers and Channel Partners.
• Gather information on Government and Private Construction opportunities.
• Submit weekly sales and visit reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Uphold the professional image of the company.
