Field Executive – Captain Onboarding (E-Rickshaw/Auto)

Join Worklynx Systems Llp as a Field Executive focusing on onboarding e-rickshaw and auto captains in the Delhi NCR region, including Ghaziabad, East Delhi, and West Delhi.

Compensation and Work Schedule

The position offers incentive-based earnings ranging between INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month. The working schedule consists of six working days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the onboarding of e-rickshaw and auto captains within the designated territories.
• Verify necessary documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Support captains in activating their accounts successfully.
• Monitor and ensure that each captain completes their first ride post onboarding.
• Meet daily onboarding targets and maintain accurate reporting records.

Candidate Requirements

• Effective communication abilities in the local language.
• Basic proficiency in using smartphones.
• Familiarity with the local geographical area assigned.
• Prior experience in field sales or onboarding is appreciated but not compulsory.
• Education qualification: completed 10th standard, 12th standard, or graduation.
