Field Executive

Role Overview

A Field Banking Executive oversees financial transactions and customer engagement outside the branch premises. This role involves direct interaction with clients to promote banking products, manage overdue payment collections, and handle essential documentation tasks related to customer verification and loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities to offer retail and corporate banking products such as Demat accounts, credit cards, and auto loans to individuals and businesses locally.
• Perform on-location collection of pending payments while ensuring adherence to banking regulations and compliance standards.
• Gather and validate customer KYC (Know Your Customer) documents, facilitate loan application processing, and carry out physical verifications of customer sites as needed.
• Manage customer relationships by resolving grievances, assisting with loan and insurance claim processes, and providing education about credit health.
• Support financial literacy initiatives by organizing awareness events and aiding in the dissemination of government-supported banking programs.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15000 to 18000 INR.
