Field Collection Executive

Overview

We are recruiting Field Collection Executives for SBI to manage customer payment collections across several locations including Indore, Ratlam, Dhar, Khandwa, and Ujjain. The ideal candidate will be a graduate capable of handling client communications and motivated to meet daily collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect payments from customers pertaining to SBI personal loans (PL), credit cards, and other debts.
• Conduct phone follow-ups for EMI payments and manage customer calls professionally.
• Perform field visits to customers for direct collection efforts.
• Achieve daily collection targets and prepare corresponding reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with proficiency in Hindi communication.
• Possession of a bike or scooter along with a valid driving license mandatory.
• Strong customer handling abilities and persuasive skills.
• Age between 22 to 30 years.
• Experience ranging from freshers to 1 year is acceptable.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly in-hand salary of ₹17,000 plus incentives.
• Additional petrol allowance provided daily.
