This position is based at Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara in Doha, Qatar.

Job Overview

The chosen candidate will contribute to the Food & Beverage department of the resort, focusing on enhancing guest satisfaction, improving team performance, and driving overall business success. This role involves maintaining a safe, clean work environment and ensuring that the highest standards of product quality and service delivery are met consistently.

• Promote exceptional guest experiences through attentive and courteous service aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards within the Food & Beverage environment.
• Support a strong, motivated team by fostering effective communication and problem-solving skills through training and empowerment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant disciplines.
• Prior work experience in a Food & Beverage or restaurant operational role.
