Role Overview
Located in Singapore, the F&B Crew member reports to the F&B Manager and serves as a Nutrition Ambassador. This role transcends traditional service duties by embodying the philosophy behind MORROW's carefully curated food and beverages. The individual connects MORROW's nutrition principles to members' daily choices through engaging, knowledgeable, and authentic service. Responsibilities also include supporting guest experiences across various touchpoints and collaborating to ensure a seamless member journey.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, warm, and attentive service to make every member feel welcomed and supported.
- Communicate MORROW's nutrition pillars, explaining how menu items support health and lifestyle goals.
- Participate in cooking classes, demonstrations, or educational sessions to engage and inspire members.
- Accurately take and deliver orders while accommodating dietary preferences.
- Maintain top-tier hygiene, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Manage guest flow, reservations, and address service recovery professionally.
- Work closely with team members across departments to provide a cohesive member experience.
- Be flexible in assisting other customer service functions as needed.
- Demonstrate ownership, excellence, and actively contribute to a positive team culture.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum two years’ experience in hospitality, dining establishments, or member clubs.
- Possession of valid food hygiene certification.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills capable of engaging and educating guests.
- Genuine passion for wellness, nutrition, and quality service.
- Keen interest or willingness to learn about MORROW's offerings and the role of F&B in nutrition support.
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to varying guest volumes and operational demands.
