Role Overview
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will play a critical hands-on role ensuring that the facility, equipment, and grounds remain safe, efficient, and fully operational. Responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, performing repairs, improving facility conditions, and supporting production activities. The dynamic nature of this role means each workday brings unique challenges and tasks.

Work Environment and Perks
- Casual attire permitted including jeans, shorts, polo shirts, and baseball caps
- Factory floor majority positions work four days a week with ten-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday (Parts Department operates Monday through Friday with eight-hour days)
