Role Overview
We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator based in Singapore who will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure completion of facility related tasks and work orders. This role operates under the Facilities Management area, supporting Property Managers in overseeing repairs and investment initiatives related to asset operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure all policies, procedures, and reporting formats are correctly implemented and understood.
- Address client inquiries and accurately collate work orders to initiate action.
- Gather and analyze reports to assess performance and progress status of facility services.
- Maintain organized filing systems of work orders, proposals, departmental documents, and vendor submissions.
- Oversee exterior activities such as appropriate waste disposal and recycling to maintain site standards.
- Follow written instructions, respond to correspondence and memos, and seek clarification where necessary.
- Handle common questions and complaints from clients, colleagues, and supervisors promptly and professionally.
- Apply established procedures to resolve routine issues while exercising limited discretion.
- Perform assigned duties according to detailed processes under close supervision.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED with up to two years of directly related experience.
- Ability to adhere to standard work routines and apply operational standards effectively.
- Good communication skills for exchanging straightforward information across various stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational capabilities paired with a curious and analytical approach to work.
- Basic mathematical aptitude to compute percentages, discounts, and markups accurately.
