Eyewear Sales Associate

Position Overview

We are searching for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Eyewear Sales Associates or Senior Sales Associates. This role involves assisting customers in selecting appropriate frames, lenses, and sunglasses while delivering exceptional service and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers in choosing the right eyewear products, including frames, lenses, and sunglasses.
• Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service to enhance shopping experience.
• Maintain store product displays and overall merchandise arrangement.
• Support billing procedures and other store operations.
• For senior roles, provide leadership and effective communication within the sales team.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate: Completed 12th grade with 2 years of sales experience or a graduate (fresh graduates can also apply).
• Senior Sales Associate: Graduate with at least 2 years experience in retail or sales related roles.

Compensation and Location

• Salary ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 CTC depending on role.
• Training is mandatory and will be conducted in Mumbai.
• Job location is Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
