About the Role and Company

The position is based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, within the supply chain function of a leading paint manufacturing company. The role is within the Human Resources department and is geared towards professionals with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and educational backgrounds such as MBA in Human Resources, MHRM, or preferably MSW.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes ensuring adherence to turnaround times (TAT).
• Complete HR Information Technology (HRIT) actions promptly and accurately.
• Maintain effective apprentice workforce levels and management.
• Facilitate swift resolution of employee grievances.
• Ensure compliance with training programs and initiatives.
• Minimize payroll processing errors.
• Handle employee claim closures within expected TAT.

The role involves managing multiple HR priorities aligned to organizational goals and working within defined KPIs to maintain workforce efficiency and satisfaction.
