Role Overview

The Executive Manager, AI Client Solutions, balances business development with delivery oversight. This role entails identifying and securing AI transformation opportunities with senior clients, forming strategies, and guiding project teams to successful execution with accountability for results.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and chase strategic growth prospects across current and new clients, maintaining a strong pipeline of high-value projects.
• Create compelling business cases and proposals highlighting ROI and competitive advantages, while negotiating commercial agreements with senior stakeholders.
• Conduct strategic workshops involving C-suite and executive teams to convert business goals into practical AI transformation plans.
• Lead the design and execution of critical AI initiatives across multiple projects, ensuring satisfactory client outcomes and profitability.
• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships to act as a trusted advisor and uncover opportunities for expansion.
• Manage high-performing diverse teams consisting of strategists, data scientists, and business professionals, ensuring excellence in both commercial and delivery aspects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in strategy consulting or professional services, with significant involvement in AI or analytics-driven transformations.
• Proven commercial success in structuring and closing complex, high-value deals and engagements.
• Experience in leading or advising AI implementation projects that delivered measurable business results.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to effectively communicate their strategic benefits to both executive and technical audiences.
• Exceptional skills in managing relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication abilities suited to strategic, commercial, and technical discussions.
