Job Summary
This Executive Assistant position based in New York involves providing high-level administrative and executive support, managing schedules, communication, event logistics, and handling sensitive matters with utmost discretion. The role also entails overseeing day-to-day office operations for the U.S. location, managing vendor relations, and serving as a liaison with global teams across multiple regions to implement consistent operational practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive support to executives including calendar management, travel planning, expense handling, and meeting coordination.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information professionally and discreetly.
- Act as the main point of contact between executives and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on tasks, and ensure that priorities are addressed promptly.
- Organize logistics for business meals, offsite meetings, and team gatherings as required.
- Supervise daily operations of the U.S. office to maintain an efficient, professional, and organized workspace.
- Oversee office supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor partnerships to ensure seamless functioning.
- Collaborate with global teams in Singapore, India, and the UK to adopt and tailor operational procedures, promoting consistency and best practices in a decentralized, multi-regional context.
- Support onboarding and offboarding for U.S.-based employees by coordinating access, logistics, and office needs.
Requirements

- Fluent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

- Experience ranging from 2 to 7 years in similar roles.
- Education required is any graduate degree.
