About the Role
Join a rapidly expanding marketplace that is revolutionizing the connection between barbers and barbershops. Our platform empowers independent barbers to discover available chairs while enabling shop owners to optimize their space, fostering opportunity, flexibility, and industry growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for queries from barbers and shop owners, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Manage follow-ups to monitor onboarding, satisfaction, and user retention progress.
- Oversee all user communication channels.
- Engage with social media communities by handling comments and messages actively.
- Conduct research on barbershops, market trends, and potential users to support expansion efforts.
- Work alongside internal teams to streamline workflows and boost user experience.
- Maintain detailed records of user interactions utilizing CRM and internal systems.
- Produce reports regarding user engagement, feedback, and marketplace metrics.
- Support scheduling, outreach, and project coordination for administrative tasks.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
- Manage inbound inquiries and support outreach to attract new users.
- Update and organize internal documentation, standard operating procedures, and process guides.
- Monitor key performance indicators to aid data-driven decisions and increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years in administrative, operational support, customer service, or startup roles.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills with a courteous and professional approach.
- Experience using CRM platforms, social media tools, and digital applications.
- Strong research aptitude coupled with keen attention to detail.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic startup atmosphere.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, initiative-driven attitude.
- Interest in startups, marketplace models, or the barber/beauty sector is advantageous.
