About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly professional and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to deliver comprehensive executive and administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic workplace. This position demands experience within the UAE, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and advanced skills in creating PowerPoint presentations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated executive and administrative support to senior management, including managing intricate calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel plans.
- Maintain confidential filing systems and documentation with accuracy and discretion.
- Coordinate day-to-day office administration to support business operations effectively.
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and manage financial documentation such as expense claims and invoices.
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive, board, and client meetings and generate reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office tools.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in Executive or Administrative Assistant roles within the UAE.
- Track record of supporting CEOs, Managing Directors, C-Suite Executives, or other senior leadership personnel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced presentation design), Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the capability to work independently and manage sensitive information confidentially.
