Role Purpose

The goal is to simplify and digitize the living experience, transforming traditionally frustrating housing management into an accessible "Home in your Pocket".

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the VP of Operations to integrate newly acquired companies seamlessly, aligning them with Ralph's operational standards.
• Design comprehensive playbooks, operational standards, escalation protocols, and decision-making procedures for routine operational scenarios.
• Identify manual, error-prone workflows and partner with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to implement improved, automated solutions.
• Facilitate change management by clarifying roles and responsibilities, introducing new workstyles, and ensuring effective adoption within teams.
• Lead critical transformation projects directly affecting efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage escalation processes by handling complex operational issues, structuring problems, and translating them into concrete next steps.

Candidate Qualifications

• Graduated with excellent results from a leading university and possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in demanding environments such as consulting, operations, post-merger integration, or fast-growing startups/scale-ups.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for data and the ability to simplify complex interrelations into actionable processes.
• Highly driven with a strong execution mindset, always seeking practical solutions to obstacles.
• Exceptional communication skills, confident in challenging situations, and fluent in German at a C2 level.
• Entrepreneurial mindset eager to improve operational aspects of a business, willing to engage hands-on when necessary.
• Change-oriented attitude understanding that successful processes require explanation, implementation, and everyday embedding.
