About the role

This is a full-time, on-site Entrepreneur In Residence position in the Greater Surat Area. The selected person will identify and test fresh business opportunities in logistics-oriented HR services, create and validate scalable operating models, and work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives. The role is meant for someone who can think and act like a founder inside the organization, pairing innovation with disciplined execution.

Key responsibilities

• Research the market to spot potential business opportunities in logistics-focused HR services.
• Design, launch, and evaluate pilot initiatives to test new ideas.
• Develop, refine, and standardize operational processes that can scale.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement solutions effectively.
• Prepare business cases and proposals for new initiatives.
• Monitor performance indicators and use data to improve ideas and execution.
• Adapt concepts based on feedback from stakeholders and operational results.

Qualifications

Candidates should bring a strong entrepreneurial approach and some experience in identifying, validating, and launching new initiatives. A background in operations, HR, logistics, or a similar field is preferred, especially if it includes process design and improvement. The role also calls for market research ability, data analysis skills, and the capability to build business cases. Strong communication, stakeholder handling, and collaboration skills are important, along with the ability to work on-site in the Greater Surat Area in a fast-moving environment. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related area is expected; advanced education or previous startup/founder experience is an advantage. Experience in logistics, HR services, or workforce solutions is especially useful.
