About the Role
Join a purpose-driven team as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (Associate SDM) at ServiceTitan, delivering transformative products that positively impact customers. This role is aimed at experienced professionals focused on generating new business within the Strategic Enterprise segment through intentional, strategic engagement and owning the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new enterprise business by leveraging relationships, cold calling, industry events, and conferences to sell ServiceTitan's products and services.
- Generate new sales opportunities through targeted outbound calling campaigns to meet individual quotas and company conversion standards.
- Serve as a support contact for prospects throughout the entire sales cycle, facilitating communication and progress.
- Manage and coordinate multiple open sales campaigns, scheduling meetings with internal stakeholders and prospective clients, ensuring follow-up via email, calls, and tasks.
- Qualify in-bound leads by assessing client needs and arranging product demos with sales consultants.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to align client requirements with appropriate ServiceTitan solutions.
- Support sales processes through collateral preparation and orderly deal management to drive positive deal progression.
- Collaborate internally with various teams including Solution Engineering, Partnerships, Pro Products, Client Services, FP&A, and Product to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed of market trends, new products, services, and pricing models to identify new business opportunities proactively.
- Report to the SDM Manager and maintain close cooperation with the Strategic Accounts team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years SDR experience targeting large accounts; ideally over 5 years in the industry.
- Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise-level sales cycles and liaise effectively with executive management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Capacity to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency with presentation software and productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- High school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel as job requirements dictate.

Compensation
Expected hourly wage for candidates in Canada is $31.21 CAD, accompanied by a variable commission plan and total rewards including equity and comprehensive benefits. Compensation is equitable based on multiple factors like skill set, performance, and business needs.
