Role Overview
As an Engineer/Technician specializing in Electrical Engineering, you will be responsible for the technical planning and implementation of energy and process engineering systems within the realm of contactor technology. Your tasks will encompass designing hardware components, generating detailed drawings and documentation, programming using Siemens S7, WinCC, and TIA Portal, as well as supporting, modifying, and enhancing existing machines and systems. Additionally, you will participate in commissioning processes and may undertake occasional international business travels.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute technical project planning for energy and process engineering plants focusing on contactor applications.
- Design and plan hardware components with precision.
- Create comprehensive drawings and documentation for equipment and systems.
- Develop software programs using Siemens S7, WinCC, and TIA Portal environments.
- Provide support, reconfiguration, and performance optimization of current machinery and installations.
- Handle commissioning activities for new systems.
- Be prepared for sporadic international business trips as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or certified electrical engineering technician qualification.
- Proficiency in control technology including SPS, Siemens S7, and TIA Portal software.
- Experience with fieldbus systems and drive technology, particularly Siemens and SEW products.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
- High adaptability and strong team collaboration capabilities.
- English language skills are advantageous for occasional international travel.
