Engineer - Plant and Utility Maintenance

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Engineer specialized in Plant and Utility Maintenance, particularly in electrical and electronics engineering domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling breakdowns and preventive maintenance of various electrical systems, including substations, DG sets, air compressors, UPS units, as well as MV/LV electrical panels.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance activities on substation components, diesel generator sets, air compressors, UPS units, and electrical panels.
• Interpret electrical drawings to assist with troubleshooting and maintenance tasks effectively.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and conduct equipment troubleshooting.
• Basic digital literacy and computer proficiency at an intermediate level.
• Strong command of English language in both writing and speaking; proficiency is mandatory.
• Familiarity with 5S workplace organization methodology.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in water treatment systems, including Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Demineralized (DM) plant, and Domestic Reverse Osmosis (DRO) plant, is considered a plus.
• Proficiency in additional international languages combined with local language skills is advantageous.
