About the Role
We are seeking an Employment Consultant at our Bundaberg, Queensland location, dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to find and maintain meaningful employment. Joining our Inclusive Employment Australia Program, you will engage in creating opportunities that transform lives and foster independence.

- Assist participants with disabilities in preparing for and securing sustainable employment
- Empower participants by highlighting their strengths and helping overcome obstacles

- Celebrate employment successes with participants and stakeholders

Essential Eligibility Criteria
- Legal eligibility to work in Australia
- Possession of a current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Active MyGovID at Standard level
- Agreement to complete a National Police Check
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
- Willingness and availability to work full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
