Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant-wide electrical machinery and systems.
Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair motors, motor control centers (MCCs), transformers, switchgear, control panels, and electrical distribution infrastructures.
Contribute to electrical tasks involved in plant expansion, modifications, and upgrade projects.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical equipment and promptly report any abnormalities encountered.
Diagnose electrical malfunctions and perform timely repairs to reduce downtime.
Assist with cable installation, termination, panel wiring, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
Keep updated electrical drawings, maintenance logs, and inspection documentation.
Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and organizational policies.
Support shutdown maintenance undertakings and address emergency breakdown repairs as needed.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and project teams to ensure effective work execution.
Oversee the maintenance of lighting systems, power distribution networks, and secondary equipment.
Help test protective relays, circuit breakers, and other electrical protection devices.
Engage in continuous improvement efforts to boost equipment reliability and energy efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and order in electrical rooms, workshops, and work areas.
Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Diploma or technical certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field.
3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance, especially within manufacturing, utilities, or paper mill environments.
Proficient with motors, MCCs, transformers, switchgear, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and industrial electrical systems.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and technical manuals.
Strong understanding of electrical safety regulations and fault diagnosis techniques.
Experience in industrial project involvement and electrical equipment commissioning is preferable.
