ملازمت کی تفصیل
About Teton
Teton is creating the core data infrastructure for care delivery, applying real-time multimodal AI to build a digital twin of the patient and the care setting. Its product is designed to reduce the administrative burden and observation-heavy work that takes healthcare professionals away from patient care.
By combining in-room hardware with AI-powered desktop and mobile applications, Teton aims to deliver a smoother experience for patients and care teams alike.
Role overview
This position supports the CEO and the Operations Director. The work begins with travel coordination, calendar management, and inbox handling, and expands from there as you become familiar with the business.
In the beginning, the focus is very hands-on: arranging travel that stays on track, keeping two calendars aligned, and managing email follow-up. As you build context, the scope grows to include board-cycle preparation, OKR coordination, town hall logistics, and tracking cross-functional items that are easy for others to miss.
This is a detail-oriented role where you are expected to stay close to the work.
What you'll be responsible for
- Managing travel, calendars, and scheduling for the CEO and Operations Director, making sure arrangements are accurate and nothing gets overlooked.
- Filtering incoming email, resolving items that do not require founder input, drafting responses where needed, and keeping conversations moving.
- As you grow into the role, helping prepare board materials, quarterly OKRs, and monthly town halls, along with their follow-up actions.
- Taking ownership of the small but important tasks that otherwise fall through the cracks and seeing them through to completion.
- Over time, identifying bottlenecks and risks that may not be obvious to the rest of the team.
What makes someone successful here
- You are quick to understand complicated situations and learn fast.
- You take initiative and solve problems without waiting to be directed.
- You are meticulous, so important details such as travel names and bookings are correct.
- You are comfortable switching between practical admin work and preparing higher-stakes materials in the same day.
- You can handle sensitive information with discretion, including board matters, compensation, and strategy.
- You communicate clearly in both written and spoken English.
- You have several years of experience in a demanding environment such as an EA role, consulting, operations, or a startup; the substance of your experience matters more than the title.
- Having a legal background is a plus.
What Teton offers
- Equity in the form of warrants.
- The chance to work with advanced technology in an emerging and impactful field.
- A role with the potential to materially improve healthcare delivery.
- Exposure to highly capable teammates and opportunities to learn from them.
