Robinbosky is a rapidly expanding apparel label with sales channels on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Meesho, backed by its own manufacturing facility. The team is building an AI-led operations function in Tiruppur, which is still uncommon in the region.

Role overview

This position focuses on keeping marketplace operations running smoothly across major e-commerce platforms. The role involves handling catalog and inventory flow, solving platform-related issues, supporting dispatch coordination, and creating documentation that helps standardize the company’s operating process.

Key responsibilities

• Improve and maintain day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and related marketplaces.
• Manage product listings, stock updates, return handling, and related operational workflows.
• Address and resolve issues raised by marketplace platforms.
• Use AI tools regularly for reporting, reconciliation, and catalog-related work.
• Coordinate shipment activities to support timely order movement.
• Record processes clearly so they can be turned into a repeatable internal playbook.

Compensation

The offered pay is INR 1,80,000 to 3,60,000 per year.
