E-Commerce Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking an E-Commerce Executive to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will manage various online marketing and sales activities, ensuring smooth operations of our e-commerce presence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and publish reels on Facebook and Instagram to enhance brand visibility.
• Capture photos and videos (reels) to support marketing efforts.
• Engage with customers by responding to comments and inquiries promptly.
• Share product updates and promotions in WhatsApp groups.
• Handle order packing and dispatch processes efficiently.
• Keep the website stock inventory current by updating product availability.
• Create invoices and manage billing through online tools like My Bill Book.
• Label products appropriately for easy identification.
• Develop and implement online marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, social media platforms, and email marketing strategies.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly remuneration ranging from INR 12,000 to INR 15,000.
