DRA Field Executive

About the Role

We seek qualified candidates certified as Debt Recovery Agents (DRA) to be part of our company's recovery team. The position is based in Patna, Bihar, India.

Primary Responsibilities

• Implement recovery actions to collect overdue payments from clients in line with banking guidelines.
• Conduct visits to customers to follow up on outstanding dues diligently.
• Engage in negotiation to establish repayment arrangements and settle delinquent accounts effectively.
• Maintain detailed and accurate recovery documentation and prepare daily recovery reports.
• Adhere strictly to RBI regulations and uphold the DRA code of conduct during all recovery activities.
• Consistently meet monthly recovery goals while preserving professional and respectful customer interactions.
