Job Overview
Join our hotel team and be the welcoming face that shapes guest experiences. You will assist guests with their luggage and accompany them to their rooms while working closely with front office, concierge, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and professionally. The role of Doorman is central to delivering the warm and memorable hospitality that defines our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally following brand standards at all times.
- Open doors for vehicles and guests during arrivals and departures.
- Assist guests with their luggage and coordinate efforts with Bell Service, Concierge, and Lobby Ambassador teams.
- Manage smooth traffic flow at the hotel entrance and driveway.
- Arrange taxis and limousines as needed for guests.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around the entrance, driveway, and related equipment.
- Stay vigilant to identify and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Adhere strictly to the hotel’s safety policies and emergency procedures.
- Perform various other related duties as assigned by management.
