About the Role
We are looking for dynamic individuals fluent in Malayalam or Kannada, along with good English communication skills, to join our personal loan sales team focused on lead generation. Candidates with HSC or graduation qualifications are welcome. Both freshers and experienced applicants can apply.
Job Details and Benefits
- Salary package includes an in-hand pay of Rs. 16,979 and a CTC of Rs. 22,000 plus incentives.
- An alternative pay structure without CTC offers Rs. 19,000 take-home.
- Shift timing is from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with Sundays off.
- Work location is Thuraipakkam, Chennai.
- Employees are entitled to unlimited incentives.
