Role overview

The Dispatch Officer is responsible for handling incoming orders, processing them, and creating invoices. The role also includes monitoring stock availability, coordinating shipments and carriers, and making sure transport operations run as planned.

Key duties

• Accept, process, and invoice customer orders.
• Track inventory availability and maintain related bookings in the Navision ERP system.
• Plan individual orders, assign freight forwarders, and monitor their execution.
• Review invoices from transport providers and service vendors.
• Manage pallet accounts.
• Handle export processes, including customs declarations, EUR1 documents, and certificates of origin.

This position is based onsite in Nuthe-Urstromtal, Brandenburg, Germany.
