Dispatch Executive

Job Overview

This role involves overseeing regional dispatch and logistics operations along with maintaining customer service quality. The candidate will be accountable for smooth day-to-day logistics management, maintaining accurate documentation, and optimizing resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure quick task execution.
• Monitor logistics functions including warehousing, transportation, inventory control, and manage delivery personnel.
• Lead and inspire logistics staff, encouraging teamwork and personal growth.
• Oversee the adoption of new logistics technologies and practices to boost supply chain transparency and efficiency.
• Identify risks within logistics operations and ensure adherence to safety standards and legal requirements.
• Establish and maintain productive supplier partnerships, securing advantageous contract terms.
• Resolve challenges as they arise during logistics activities.
• Guarantee timely and efficient product deliveries to customers and other destinations.
• Manage the entire dispatch cycle from order receipt through route planning, inventory oversight, and multi-stakeholder communications.
• Maintain accurate documentation including shipment records and invoices.
• Coordinate with various transportation agents such as delivery personnel, courier services, bus parcel, and airline parcel services to ensure punctual deliveries and address any transit complications.
• Ensure ongoing, clear communication among customers, drivers, warehouse teams, and other relevant parties.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is 25,000 to 30,000 INR per month.
