We are looking for a seasoned Director of Supply Chain Operations to oversee and advance all aspects of the company's supply chain activities. Key Responsibilities

Design and implement supply chain operations strategies aligned with the organization's vision and long-term goals.
Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities including demand forecasting, inventory control, logistics coordination, procurement assistance, and operational planning.
Set operational standards, governance protocols, and best practices to enhance efficiency and consistency across processes.
Partner with departments such as Procurement, Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Technology, and executive leaders to support strategic priorities.
Utilize operational metrics, market insights, and supply chain data to identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities.
Manage inventory planning, capacity forecasting, and the allocation of resources to assure readiness and efficiency.
Implement process enhancements to streamline workflows and foster collaboration between teams.
Track key performance indicators, develop executive reports and dashboards, and provide strategic advice to leadership.
Lead and mentor supply chain managers and personnel, cultivating an environment of accountability, teamwork, and ongoing professional growth.
Administer departmental budgets, prioritize operational initiatives, and plan resource needs for the long term.
Build and nurture productive relationships with suppliers, logistic partners, and other external stakeholders.
Champion continuous improvement efforts aimed at raising operational effectiveness and service quality.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
Over 10 years of advancing experience in supply chain operations, logistics, inventory control, or operations leadership roles.
Proven track record leading supply chain functions in complex and fast-paced settings.
Strong knowledge in supply chain planning, logistics, inventory optimization, procurement, and operational strategy development.
Experience in designing scalable process improvements and leading continuous improvement programs.
Exceptional leadership abilities with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills, guided by a data-driven mindset.
Competence in managing budgets, performance indicators, and cross-department projects.
Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain management software, and business intelligence tools.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities whilst maintaining alignment with organizational goals and operational standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related fields is advantageous.
Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CLTD, CPSM, or equivalents add value.
Experience managing supply chain operations across multiple sites or enterprises.
Knowledge of operational excellence models, continuous improvement methodologies, and supply chain analytics.
Background leading remote or geographically dispersed operations teams.
