M7B has ambitious expansion plans in the Northwest, with more than 200 stands planned across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. In addition, over 180 stands are already committed in Ohio, Georgia, and Texas, with 50 already operating. The organization offers a strong platform for people who want to grow with a rapidly scaling business, and future expansion across the United States is also being considered.

Role Summary

This is a full-time hybrid leadership role for a Director of Operations or a more senior operations leader. The position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding teams, managing budgets, and ensuring a consistently excellent customer experience. The role is primarily based in Washington and Oregon, with some remote work allowed. For the initial Northwest leader, being located near Portland, Oregon or Vancouver, Washington is preferred.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is USD 125,000 to 175,000 per year, depending on experience. The package also includes full benefits and a bonus program targeted at 25% of base pay. The company also notes that future growth may create a need for a Vice President-level leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day operational activities across the assigned region.
• Manage teams and support effective leadership at the unit and area level.
• Oversee budgeting and help maintain financial discipline.
• Ensure service standards remain high and customer experience stays consistent.
• Support expansion efforts as the organization grows in the Northwest and beyond.

Qualifications

The company is looking for a leader with hands-on operations experience and a proven ability to guide people and processes in a fast-moving environment. Experience in the coffee, hospitality, or quick-service restaurant sector is essential. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is considered beneficial, but industry background and leadership capability are weighted heavily.
