Role Overview

This full-time remote position is centered on keeping the firm’s daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. The Director of Operations will build and improve internal processes, coordinate work across investment and support functions, and help ensure communication remains clear and effective. The role also involves managing budgets and resources, tracking performance indicators, and introducing tools and systems that strengthen operational performance. Working closely with leadership, this person will help drive strategic priorities, enhance the experience of partners and portfolio companies, and uphold strong compliance and operational standards.

Key Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in operations leadership, including process development, workflow improvement, and applying best-practice operating methods.
• Strong analytical capability to assess metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to decisions backed by data.
• Demonstrated people-management ability, with experience coaching teams, working across functions, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Background in budgeting, financial planning, and allocating resources in support of business goals.
• A service-minded approach to supporting portfolio companies, partners, and internal teams in a professional and effective way.
• Prior exposure to venture capital, private equity, technology, or AI-oriented environments is an advantage.
• Ability to perform well in a remote, fast-moving setting while staying highly organized and managing time effectively.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or a similar discipline; an advanced degree would be beneficial.
