Role Overview

The Director role is a full-time position based onsite in Visakhapatnam. This leadership position entails steering the studio’s creative direction, managing daily operations, and nurturing client relationships. The Director will spearhead the conceptualization of posters and marketing collateral, lead a team of designers and freelancers, and guarantee that all outputs align with quality and branding standards. Managing timelines, optimizing resource usage, and overseeing budgets to ensure prompt and dependable client service are key duties.

Engagement with clients for requirement gathering, proposal presentations, and feedback collection is integral to the role, supporting continuous enhancement efforts. Additionally, the Director will be charged with formulating business strategies, streamlining workflows, and actively promoting the studio’s services to attract new clientele.

Key Qualifications

• Extensive experience in visual design, branding, and creative leadership with a robust portfolio showcasing poster or marketing materials.
• Proven ability to lead design teams or projects, including mentoring, managing team performance, and collaborative decision-making.
• Expertise in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and understanding of both print and digital production workflows.
• Strong project management capabilities involving resource allocation, scheduling, budget control, and workflow optimization.
• Exceptional communication and client management skills, capable of converting business objectives into clear creative directives.
• Experience in business development or account management within a creative or agency environment is considered a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Visakhapatnam, thriving in a dynamic, deadline-sensitive workplace.
