Position Overview

We are seeking an imaginative and motivated Digital Marketing and Content Coordinator to enhance our brand presence by developing compelling social media content, videos, and digital marketing campaigns. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will produce engaging materials that highlight Shopr Rewards across social media channels, email marketing, online advertisements, and our website. You will transform creative concepts into dynamic videos, graphics, and storytelling components while expanding your skills within a fast-paced startup environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on involvement in creating short-form videos, social media visuals, and other digital marketing assets.

Core Responsibilities

• Generate and edit short videos tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Design appealing social media graphics and promotional materials.
• Support paid social media advertising by producing creative assets.
• Develop product demonstrations, walkthroughs, and educational videos.
• Create simple motion graphics and animated text to enhance visual engagement.
• Edit videos integrating stock footage, screen captures, and pre-existing marketing elements.
• Ensure consistency in brand presentation across all marketing platforms.
• Keep abreast of social media trends and propose innovative content ideas.
• Assist with email marketing graphics and campaign collateral.
• Provide creative materials for product launches, website updates, events, and partner presentations.
• Manage and organize creative asset libraries for easy access and reuse.

Candidate Qualifications

• Between 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media, including internships or freelance roles.
• Proficient with Canva and basic video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with Photoshop or the Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
• Strong design sensibility and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Creative thinker eager to acquire new skills and adapt.
• Well-organized, proactive, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
