- Test campaign components such as creative assets and messaging approaches to see what performs best.
- Improve website visibility in search engines to support both organic and paid traffic growth.
- Review performance data and keep up with search engine algorithm updates.
- Partner with content creators and web developers to roll out strategies that strengthen rankings and improve return on investment.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a similar field from an accredited university.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media and website analytics, with a minimum of 2 years focused on campaign reporting and data-led optimisation.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools, social media insights platforms, website analytics platforms, and data visualisation software.
- Strong ability to use data to shape digital strategy.
- Hands-on experience with social media and website promotion, optimisation, audience segmentation, campaign tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear, usable insights.
- Familiarity with digital advertising tools such as Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and align analysis with wider company and social media goals.
