The Digital team at Prophet is a dynamic group of innovators, experimenters, and creators driven by the latest digital trends and technologies. They specialize in transforming strategic ideas into tangible outputs such as innovative marketing campaigns, product designs, customer experiences, and business model innovations that foster client growth and breakthrough results. Unlike the broader strategy-focused parts of Prophet, this team focuses on execution—leveraging emerging technologies and experimental approaches to bring ideas to life.

Team members operate at the intersection of marketing effectiveness, product and service innovation, and building new capabilities intended to drive uncommon growth for executive buyers like CEOs and CMOs. Their projects range from launching go-to-market campaigns, crafting new digital products, to developing AI-powered services from the ground up.

As part of the Digital Summer Associate Program, you will immerse yourself in this culture of creation while getting hands-on experience with Prophet's AI Foundry team, the creators of MAIA — a revolutionary AI assistant that enhances human insight by integrating specialized tools, data, and reasoning systems. The program includes participation in two key areas: working directly with the AI Foundry team on MAIA development and supporting client projects involving digital strategy, UX design, marketing services, and enterprise transformation. Daily collaboration with engineers, designers, strategists, media experts, product managers, and client leaders across disciplines is a key feature.

Primary Responsibilities

• Enhance analytical and problem-solving capabilities by dissecting complex challenges for clients and AI Foundry, researching industries, customer trends, and user needs, as well as streamlining workflows to optimize AI tools for various users.
• Utilize AI actively by engaging with MAIA and other tools to boost efficiency and quality; develop and refine prompts, templates, and workflows that improve AI utilization firm-wide.
• Deliver clear, compelling communication by transforming research and data into persuasive presentations, frameworks, and decks; contribute to workshop setups and gain confidence in presenting to stakeholders.
• Exhibit ownership and teamwork by managing tasks independently, meeting deadlines, and producing high-caliber work; familiarize with multiple aspects of digital work ranging from product design to marketing analytics, and adapt to multidisciplinary feedback.
• Contribute to organizational growth beyond projects by supporting business development, internal initiatives, documentation of best practices, and assisting in training colleagues on new AI tools.
• Accelerate learning and leadership skills through mentorship, regular feedback, and opportunities to voice insights within teams and client interactions.

Candidate Profile

• A strong academic background with a bachelor's degree in relevant fields like business, economics, or computer science and at least one year of professional experience.
• Excellent structured and critical thinking abilities with a knack for dissecting problems and developing solutions even outside familiar areas.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills capable of adapting messages for various audiences.
• Practical experience or experimentation with AI tools such as generative AI, prompt engineering, no-code/low-code platforms, or data analytics systems.
• A deep interest in digital strategy, transformation, and an understanding of evolving industry and technology trends.
• A passion for creating and building frameworks, prototypes, or tools, along with a habit of documenting and sharing knowledge.
• An inquisitive and adaptable attitude, comfortable navigating ambiguity, testing methods, and shifting tactics as needed.

Additional Information

Prophet operates on a hybrid work model requiring interns to be present in the office four days per week. The internship offers a weekly stipend of 1610 USD. Successful candidates may receive immediate transition offers to full-time positions, targeting those seeking permanent employment.
