ملازمت کی تفصیل
Company Overview
LTF is a digital growth partner serving medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, and dental clinics across the UK, Europe, and North America. The business helps ambitious clinics attract more patients through specialist digital marketing.
Rather than operating like a conventional agency, LTF blends strategy, creativity, performance marketing, and commercial thinking to drive sustained client growth. Video plays a major role in that approach.
The team values measurable outcomes, strong client relationships, and a collaborative remote-friendly culture where individual contribution has visible impact.
Role Overview
The Digital Content Designer will create refined, performance-led digital creative for both LTF and its clients. This position goes well beyond basic template-based Canva work and calls for strong creative judgement, sound design principles, and advanced video editing capability.
You will receive raw footage, campaign briefs, and brand standards, then turn them into polished assets that look premium, communicate clearly, and support commercial goals.
Work will span organic social, paid campaigns, websites, landing pages, email marketing, pitch decks, client presentations, display banners, and video content.
Close collaboration will be needed with Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Client Services, and the Creative team so that every asset serves a defined purpose. Depending on the brief, the output may be aimed at brand building, conversions, scroll-stopping creative, click-through improvement, or website performance support.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality digital visuals for websites, landing pages, paid advertising, organic social, email campaigns, display banners, and presentation decks.
- Use strong principles of layout, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and brand alignment across all work.
- Create premium-looking creative suitable for pharmaceutical, aesthetics, dental, and healthcare audiences.
- Edit video to a professional standard using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Produce short-form video for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid social placements.
- Deliver longer-form video for websites, treatment explainers, patient education, clinician introductions, and campaign assets.
- Enhance videos with captions, motion graphics, transitions, music, colour grading, audio balancing, and branded visual treatments.
- Go beyond simple template editing to produce more considered and polished video outputs.
- Create motion-led assets including animated text, transitions, logo animations, and campaign visuals.
- Use animation to improve engagement, retention, and clarity within social and paid media creative.
- Design email marketing materials, newsletters, promotional emails, and campaign layouts.
- Build email creative that supports readability, click-through performance, and consistent branding.
- Work on website banners, treatment page visuals, landing page graphics, homepage sections, and supporting content blocks.
- Collaborate with CRO, SEO, and development teams so creative strengthens user experience, conversion, and search performance.
- Produce performance-focused creative for Meta Ads, Google Ads, display campaigns, and retargeting activity.
- Create multiple variants to test different hooks, structures, layouts, and messages.
- Understand how creative affects click-through rate, conversion rate, lead quality, and overall campaign performance.
- Design pitch decks, strategy slides, client review packs, and internal presentation materials.
- Simplify complex information into clear and visually effective slides.
- Support business development and client service teams with polished presentation assets.
- Create website videos that support engagement and conversion, including homepage videos, treatment explainers, clinician introductions, patient journey content, and educational pieces.
- Work with CRO and SEO teams so video contributes to both discoverability and site performance.
- Plan production schedules, coordinate editing workload, and keep projects moving on time.
- Maintain orderly file structures and well-managed digital asset libraries.
- Produce creative for LTF’s own marketing, including social, website, sales, and recruitment materials.
- Follow client brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all deliverables.
- Partner with Paid Media Managers to test and refine creative performance.
- Ensure creative output supports wider goals set by SEO and CRO teams.
- Handle several briefs at once while keeping assets and source files well organised.
- Stay informed about developments in video editing, social design, motion graphics, AI creative tools, and digital ad formats.
Requirements

- Strong design capability using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or equivalent tools.
- Experience producing creative for social media, paid ads, websites, and email campaigns.
- Experience designing presentations, pitch decks, or client-facing documents.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads creative best practices is a plus.
- Background in aesthetics, dental, healthcare, beauty, or wellness is helpful but not required.
- Experience with photography, filming, or editing footage from shoots would be beneficial.
