Deputy Manager – SAP & Digital Transformation

About the Role

As a Deputy Manager at Adani Group based in Ahmedabad, you will play a pivotal role in leading digital transformation efforts across SAP, CRM, IT infrastructure, and analytics. You will be tasked with managing ABAP support, spearheading system integration, and driving strategic projects that enhance business performance through technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate projects focused on integrating SAP and CRM platforms to maintain efficient data flow throughout the organization.
• Initiate and oversee analytics programs, including the creation of dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
• Lead ABAP development processes, ensuring customizations are optimized for high performance and reliability.
• Manage IT infrastructure operations, maintaining robust system security and stable environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful digital transformation and technology projects.

Technical Competencies

• Expertise in ABAP development and optimizing system performance.
• Advanced skills in data analytics and dashboard/report design.
• Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure management and security protocols.
• Proven track record in integrating SAP and CRM solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (B.E./B.Tech preferred).
• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in SAP, CRM integration, analytics, and ABAP development.
