Demand Planner

About the Role

Are you an experienced Demand Planner seeking to join a well-established manufacturing and distribution company with significant growth prospects? The Purchasing department is expanding, and they are keen to bring on board a skilled Demand Planner.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain full ownership and ensure the reliability of demand planning data.
• Lead and assist in the review and validation of forecasts.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the precision of forecasts.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to various stakeholders.
• Manage stock reporting and perform root cause analyses when necessary.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Commercial, Sales, Operations, and Purchasing teams.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), or Forecasting roles.
• Strong understanding of forecasting methods.
• Proficient with ERP systems.
• Highly analytical with attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
