Role Overview
We are seeking an outstanding marketing leader to spearhead our growth efforts across the EMEA region. In this role, you will oversee a diverse team of marketers specializing in digital, demand generation, content creation, and campaign execution, owning the entire process that transforms regional messaging into tangible pipeline and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing marketing team across multiple disciplines, fostering a culture prioritizing craftsmanship, speed, and accountability.
- Develop and maintain compelling content and campaign narratives based on authentic customer challenges and outcomes, creating reusable content frameworks and assets adaptable across different channels and markets.
- Manage regional demand generation efforts for both self-serve and sales-assisted segments, implementing repeatable programs with clear positioning and metrics linked directly to business impact.
- Coordinate market-specific launches and flagship campaigns by translating global messaging into localized materials, ensuring alignment of cross-functional plans and resource deployment across EMEA.
- Collaborate with Country Marketing, Storytelling, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to guarantee consistent messaging and proof points across all markets.
- Integrate AI-driven workflows to enhance research, content drafting, localization, and asset iteration processes, setting a leading example for the marketing team.
- Continuously analyze funnel data, customer feedback, and business metrics to refine strategies, content, and campaigns, reporting results and advocating adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience
- Over 12 years of experience in B2B marketing, with significant responsibility for content strategy and demand generation within SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and developing multi-disciplinary marketing teams, capable of managing ambiguity and hiring for high-quality output.
- Mastery in crafting impactful narratives and scalable content toolkits driven by deep customer empathy.
- Hands-on proficiency in demand generation tactics, including paid media, email marketing, webinars, and outbound campaigns, with strong abilities in funnel analysis and revenue attribution.
- Active use and integration of AI tools to streamline marketing workflows and accelerate team output.
- Extensive experience managing multi-market campaigns in EMEA, appreciating localization, cultural differences, and market-specific go-to-market strategies.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to align global and regional stakeholders across various departments.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with Notion as a user.
- Business proficiency in French or German languages.
- Experience with freemium business models.
