Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and related products safely and promptly to customers using an insured personal vehicle.
• Operate all necessary store equipment and stock ingredients from delivery to storage areas.
• Prepare food products and handle customer telephone orders efficiently.
• Maintain inventory records and complete related paperwork as required.
• Keep equipment and facilities clean on a daily basis.
• Deliver marketing materials such as flyers and door hangers as part of delivery duties.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company safety standards.
• Access to a vehicle insured and approved for delivery purposes.
• Strong navigational abilities to locate addresses within the delivery zone, including multi-story and complex deliveries.
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic math functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division performed quickly and accurately.
• Ability to use computer systems for order entry.

Physical and Work Environment

The role involves standing for long periods, walking short distances, lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as navigating stairs and confined spaces. Employees may be exposed to varying temperatures, food odors, dust, and the need for precise manual coordination.
