Delivery and Collection Driver

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Delivery and Collection Driver to join our team at the MG Dealership in Northampton. This position operates on a zero-hours contract basis, typically covering 3 to 4 days a week with standard hours from 8 AM to 4 PM, though flexibility is important due to fluctuating business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Transporting vehicles from the service or sales department to customers' homes or workplaces
• Conducting polite and professional vehicle handovers to customers
• Collecting payments from customers as necessary
• Refueling cars used for demonstrations and displays
• Providing chauffeuring services for company staff or customers when required
• Performing miscellaneous administrative and ad hoc tasks

Candidate Profile

• Dependable and well-groomed individual
• Holder of a full, clean, and valid UK driving license
• Comfortable interacting with customers and providing excellent service
• Familiar with the local area geography
