Dealer Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Dealer Representative based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, to expand and maintain our dealer network for hardware products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new dealers, nurturing dealer relationships, driving sales, and coordinating orders and payments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new dealers, hardware stores, and distributors within the designated region to broaden the dealer network.
• Maintain ongoing communication with existing dealers by visiting their stores regularly, sharing updated product catalogs, new releases, and sales materials.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals by promoting product orders through the established dealer network.
• Monitor competitor actions, price changes, and market trends, and relay relevant insights to internal teams for strategic adjustment.
• Keep dealer stores well-stocked with updated promotional items, display samples, and branding materials to increase foot traffic and sales.
• Support the ordering process by helping with order placement, delivery status monitoring, and ensuring timely receipt of payments from dealers.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position ranges between INR 18,000 and INR 31,000.
