Overview
Our public sector client is seeking a qualified Data Loader Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is located either in Carrickmines, Dublin or Lacken, Kilkenny. The initial contract is for 12 months with potential for extension. The position starts with one month onsite work, followed by a blended schedule of three days onsite and two days remote per week.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers an hourly wage of 32.02 based on a 35-hour work week, equating to an annual salary of 58,477.00. Employees accumulate 30 days of annual leave plus public holidays and will be employed through an agency.
Role Responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain data across operational systems within scheduled deadlines.
- Conduct validation, reconciliation, and accuracy audits while maintaining comprehensive logs and documentation.
- Provide support to project teams, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and offer guidance related to data processes.
- Promptly identify and escalate any issues or risks to line management.
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards at all times.
- Follow organizational policies, standards, and protocols with discipline.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in data loading, processing, and administration with strong ICT proficiency including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Capability to collect, analyze information, resolve problems, and demonstrate initiative.
- Detail-oriented with strict compliance to procedures and policies.
- Ability to manage workload independently, achieve objectives, and escalate concerns effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Project management experience is a plus.

Additional Information
